your dog on a leash & in hand or tied up!! Violators will be given a warning and then the dog catcher will be called!! We have had numerous problems with vicious dogs.! |
No riding will be permitted after 6:00 am in the covered pen until after halter or showmanship classes are completed. No lunging will be permitted in the covered pen after halter or showmanship classes. RIDING ONLY !! |

Barbour County Fair Association
will have a veterinarian (on site) checking office records for coggin's
papers. All exhibitors need to present a recent Coggin's to the NWVQHA office. Out of state exhibitors should also provide a Health Certificate. This is a West Virginia State Requirement. |

Campers/Trailers may be left on
the grounds between back - to - back show weekends. There will be
a $10.00/day charge for those who stay plugged in & $5.00 a night per horse (payable to Barbour Co. Commission.) There is NO CHARGE for those left unhooked!! |
