If reserving stalls for more than one show you must complete a form for each show.  Tack Stalls you must have 5 or more horses.  Please indicate if a stall is being used for a Track Stall. If a stall is reserved for a horse and used as a Tack Stall a $10.00 fee will be added to your bill.

    Reservation Form Must be filled out for each show date.  Stall Reservation Forms must be completed with Name and Number of Stalls if applicable.  Payment must be made at the time request for a stall is made.  Stalls are not reserved until payment is received.  NWVQHA will not accept POST DATED CHECKS.  Please indicate if stall is being used for a tack stall.  If stall is reserved for a horse and is used as a Tack Stall a $10.00 fee will be added to your bill.  By following this policy it guarantees that all stalls are rented and paid for.  This procedure should help eliminate a waiting list.  Stall reservation payments and NON-REFUNDABLE.

DIRECTIONS TO BARBOUR COUNTY FAIRGOUNDS:
FROM I-79 TAKE EXIT #115, STONEWOOD-NUTTER FORT, TURN ONTO RT. 20 SOUTH GO 4.2 MILES AND BEAR LEFT ON RT. 57 EAST.  CONTINUE 12.1 MILES TO RT. 119 TURN LEFT ON 119 NORTH AND GO 2.2 MILES.
JUST BEFORE THE COVERED BRIDGE, TURN RIGHT ON TRUCK RT. 250 SOUTH TOWARD  ELKINS. CONTINUE ON RT. 250 SOUGH 8.4 MILES.
THE FAIRGOUNDS ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD.
